品牌故事｜DEAR DEER 福鹿

福鹿的誕生｜一段從土地出發的品牌故事

很久以前，台灣的土地還未被大規模開墾時，原野上時常可見鹿群悠然漫步。

牠們是這片土地最早的住民，溫馴、純樸，是大自然和諧與富饒的象徵。

一位農家的年輕人，從小在台灣這片土地上長大，與日出而作、日落而息的生活為伍。

他曾聽父親說過：「看到鹿出現，就是這塊土地還有希望。」而這句話，深深烙印在他的心中。

多年後，這位青年投入了農業灌溉水管的研發與製造時，他想起了那個象徵希望與吉祥的動物——鹿。

在東方文化中，「鹿」與三吉星：「福、祿、壽」中的「祿」同音，常與「福」字連在一起，便成了「福鹿」，意味著幸福、長壽與財富，給人好運與豐收的感覺；於是，他將自己的品牌命名為「福鹿」，英文則譯為 DEAR DEER，一語雙關，不僅是「親愛的鹿」，也像是對這片土地、對農民的深情呼喚。

福鹿的誕生，並不只是一個商標的命名，而是一份心願：

希望這個品牌，能像過去大地上自由奔跑的鹿群一樣，為農業帶來生機與希望；為農民帶來助力與豐收。

Our Brand Story｜DEAR DEER 福鹿

The Birth of DEAR DEER – A Brand Rooted in the Land

Long ago, when Taiwan’s wilderness remained largely untouched, herds of deer could be seen roaming the fields.
Gentle and graceful, they symbolized nature’s harmony, peace, and good fortune.

A young man raised in a farming family once heard his father say:
"If deer appear on the land, it means the land still has hope."
This idea stayed with him.

Years later, as he began developing and manufacturing irrigation pipes, he remembered that symbol of hope—the deer.

In traditional Eastern culture, the word for "deer" (鹿) in Chinese is phonetically the same as "Lu" (祿), When paired with “Fu” (福), it becomes “Fu Lu” (福祿), representing fortune, prosperity, and longevity.
So “Fu Lu” (福鹿) feel like a symbol of happiness, good harvests, and blessings for farmers.

Thus, the brand DEAR DEER was born.

We translated it into DEAR DEER because it is friendly and easy to remember. We also hope that farmers can remember how much we cherish this land.
